Carrot cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup greated jaggery
3 cups greated carrots
Make a Carrot Cake - Instructions
1. in a pan melt butter, honey & jaggery
2. Milk the flour with baking powder & cinnamon
3. Pour the butter mixture, flour mixture & grated carrots into greased baking pan
4. Bake at 180 degree for 40 minutes. Cool it for 10 minutes
