Pineapple Nut Cake Recipe
This is a recipe for a pineapple nut cake with ingredients and instructions.
Ingredients
1 small bowl - Blanched Almonds
1 small bowl - Raisins (seedless)
1/2 small bowl -Cherries (cut it)
1/2 small bowl - Dates
1 1/2 candid pineapple
1 cup - all purpose flour
3 cup - butter
3 cup- brown sugar
12 separated egg yolks
12 separated egg whites
5 1/2 cup of flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 brandy
Method - Pineapple Nut Cake
1. Mix nuts and pineapple in a pan
2.Coat fruit with flour (with hands)
3. Cream butter well
4. Add sugar & beat it well to make it fluffy
5. Beat eggs yolks & pour it to a large bowl
6. Mix 5 1/2 cups of flour with salt, cinnamon, baking soda
7.Add it vto the creamed mixture alternately with brandy
8. Add this mixture to the fruits & nuts
9.Beat egg whites & fold into mixture
10. Pour it into the pan
11. Bake at 275 degree for 1 and half hours
